Elevated Dining in the Southbay

Nestled in San Jose’s vibrant Blossom Hill area, Bourbon & Blossom is a casual yet elegant contemporary American restaurant offering a progressive modern take on American classics. Transformed from an Outback Steakhouse, the building underwent an extensive exterior renovation and a complete reimagining of its interiors.

The heart of the interior is the central bar area, dramatically flanked by a pair of enchanting cherry blossom trees. This visually striking focal point sets the tone for the entire space. A warm palette of stained fir, marble, grey leather, and sea green tile, complemented by blackened steel and brass accents, creates an inviting ambiance that exudes comfort and familiarity.
